Activity: Picture Swap

This activity is designed to allow each student to demonstrate their skills in Cropping and Selecting Pixels.

  1. Pick pictures of 2 different students in your class.
  2. Crop both images to a headshot.
  3. Using the Polygon Lasso Tool:
    • Select the bottom portion of one face (use pixel selection).
    • Copy it.
    • Paste it into the second face.
  4. Modify the new image to make an original face from the combination of two faces.
  5. Save each file in your Working with Images folder as firstname_secondname (eg. brian_brooke)
